Stylin Dreamin

I felt all inspired to create some little outfits after a trip to net-a-porter, a regular occurance when I'm low on funds, ironically enough. It's probably the worst, most depressing site to go on, but all of their beautiful clothes and accessories still manage to brighten up my day.

It's pretty clear when you look at the pieces I've put together that I have a thing both for skirts and bright accessories. They always have so much more appeal when they're designer - on the high street many of these could look tacky and I would never dream of buying them.

Karlie Kloss

I love Karlie's walk. Looking at a ton of thumbnails I can always spot the images of her straight away, swaying her hips...

Spring/Summer's Pastels

Pastels are a huge trend for Spring/Summer 2010 and were completely unavoidable in every city during fashion month. The ice-cream colour palette is so refreshing and dreamy - I'm already looking forward to wearing these floaty girly numbers again. It's nice to have toned down from all the extreme acid bright that we've seen in previous seasons too.

Yes, dark boring colours can hide a multitude of sins and are always 'fail safe', but it's so much more inspiring when people play with colour and pull it off, it shows a lot more creative flair. And who really wants to look dull, in the fashion world especially?
