Lanvin for H&M

Hands Up! Who's excited for Lanvin's H&M collaboration finally hitting stores this month?

I often let designer/high street collaborations pass me by, but I thought it was worth posting on this as there's quite a few nice pieces, and a lot of dresses that still stay true to signature Lanvin style - over-sized ruffles, jeweled tones plus of course some fun accessories.

Some of the more affordable and wearable options: Leopard stilettos - £69.99, Ruffle skirt - £34.99, Printed Tee - £24.00

Some gorgeous party dresses, if only I had somewhere extravagant enough to wear them: All £99.99

Will you be heading to H&M (store/online) on the 23rd for any of these pieces? I have my eye on the black skirt for sure. It also comes in cream, so either way I'll hopefully manage to nab one.

More Good News

Guess who else is launching their online store this month?*

I just took a trip to the Zara website to check their lookbook...

WAHOO!
OK as if I haven't spent enough this past few weeks, with more to come on the old winter wish list, now I can access one of my favourite stores from the comfort of my bed. Maybe they'll stock shoes in my size for a change...

*In case you missed my previous post, H&M are also launching online this month.

Imitating Beauty

This has to be the most blatant copy of the amazing S/S '10 Miu Miu platforms I have seen yet, on the high street courtesy of River Island for 54.99.

When I first saw them I got a little overexcited, but when I calmed down a bit I realised that they are classic 'River Island' style and don't even compare to the authentic Miu Miu's. Maybe this is partly brand loyalty, and partly to do with the fact that I wouldn't like to risk any disrespect for wearing copies aka fakes...

I'd much rather wear any pair of these, please.
Opinions?

Peaches & Cream

Two major colour trends that are unavoidable this season are Orange and Nude. There are many variations, from burnt orange to coral, peach to beige, cream to stone, and thankfully the ever wonderful British high-street has caught onto this trend so we can all invest in our summer wardrobes without paying silly prices.
I've picked out some of my favourite affordable finds...

1 - Asos - £30

2 - Topshop - £15

3 - KG by Kurt Geiger - £55

4 - Topshop - £60

5 - American Apparel - £32

6 - Urban Outfitters - £85

On another note, how fab is this ring?!

BLING!

Grab it from Miss Selfridge for £10 before they all go!
